Commercial cooling is an engineering job. The system has to match the heat load of each space, run efficiently for long hours, and be serviceable for years. Winterfell handles the full package: heat load computation and system design, equipment supply, installation, testing and commissioning, then maintenance after turnover.

Our team has more than 25 years of combined experience in air conditioning, and we are authorized dealers of 11 brands, so the design follows the building, not a single product line.

Maintenance that protects your investment

A commercial system is only as reliable as its maintenance. We offer scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown repair for the systems we install and for existing systems installed by others.

How It Works

From inquiry to a running aircon

  1. Send your inquiry. Call, Messenger or the quote form below. We route you to the branch nearest you.
  2. Free site survey if needed. Tell us the room size and setup. If you are unsure what unit fits, we visit and recommend one.
  3. Get your quotation. It lists the unit, the scope of installation and the warranty period for the brand you choose.
  4. We install and start it up. For ready sites, no down payment: you pay after installation and a successful test run. Projects that need prep work (piping, chipping, multi-unit or VRF) follow a 50 / 40 / 10 milestone schedule.
  5. Pay your way. Check, bank transfer, GCash or credit card. Your sales invoice is issued once payment is confirmed.
  6. After-sales support. Call or visit us if anything comes up. We fix what we can by phone, visit when needed, and handle warranty claims with the brand for you.

Before installation, we send you our warranty, return and cancellation policy and walk you through it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between VRF and VRV?
They are the same technology. VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) is a trademarked name, and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) is the general term. Both use one outdoor system that adjusts refrigerant flow to many indoor units, each with its own control.
When is VRF better than individual split units?
VRF is usually better when you have many rooms on one or more floors, need individual zone control, have limited outdoor space for condensers, or want lower operating cost for long daily hours. For a few rooms, multi-split or individual units may be more economical. We will compare options in your proposal.
Do you do the heat load computation and design?
Yes. We compute the cooling load of each space and design the system layout, piping and equipment selection as part of the project.
Do you accept projects outside your branch areas?
Yes. Our branches cover Luzon from La Union to Batangas, and we are available for projects nationwide across the Philippines.
Do you charge for the site survey?
No. The site survey and estimate are free. Our technician checks the room, the wall or ceiling where the unit will go, the outdoor unit location and the electrical supply, then gives you a written quotation.
