Most aircon problems we are called to fix started on installation day: the wrong HP for the room, a condenser placed where it cannot breathe, or copper lines that were never vacuumed. Winterfell handles the whole job ourselves, from choosing the unit to the final test run, so the aircon you pay for performs the way it should.

How a Winterfell installation works

  • 📐

    Free site survey and sizing

    We measure the room, check sun exposure, ceiling height and heat sources, and confirm the right HP before you buy.

  • 📦

    Supply of the unit

    Brand-new units from our warehouse, with cash on delivery available.

  • 🔧

    Mounting and piping

    Indoor unit mounted level, outdoor unit placed for airflow and servicing access, copper lines insulated and routed neatly. The first 10 ft of copper piping is free.

  • 🧪

    Vacuum and leak check

    Lines are vacuumed before the refrigerant is released so moisture and air do not shorten the compressor life.

  • ✅

    Test run and turnover

    We check cooling, drainage and electrical readings, then show you how to use and clean the filters.

Moving?

Dismantling and relocation

Moving house or renovating? We dismantle your existing aircon, pump down the refrigerant so it is not lost, and reinstall it at the new location with a proper vacuum and leak check. If the unit needs a freon top-up or cleaning while it is down, we can do that in the same visit.

How It Works

From inquiry to a running aircon

  1. Send your inquiry. Call, Messenger or the quote form below. We route you to the branch nearest you.
  2. Free site survey if needed. Tell us the room size and setup. If you are unsure what unit fits, we visit and recommend one.
  3. Get your quotation. It lists the unit, the scope of installation and the warranty period for the brand you choose.
  4. We install and start it up. For ready sites, no down payment: you pay after installation and a successful test run. Projects that need prep work (piping, chipping, multi-unit or VRF) follow a 50 / 40 / 10 milestone schedule.
  5. Pay your way. Check, bank transfer, GCash or credit card. Your sales invoice is issued once payment is confirmed.
  6. After-sales support. Call or visit us if anything comes up. We fix what we can by phone, visit when needed, and handle warranty claims with the brand for you.

Before installation, we send you our warranty, return and cancellation policy and walk you through it.

Frequently asked questions

Is installation really free?
Standard installation with the first 10 ft of copper piping is free on units bought from Winterfell. Longer pipe runs, extra brackets or special mounting are quoted during the free site survey so there are no surprises on installation day.
How do I know what HP I need?
Use our free aircon size calculator. It uses your room size, sun exposure, roof insulation and appliances, not just floor area. Our technician confirms the result during the site survey.
Can you install a unit I bought somewhere else?
Yes. We install units bought elsewhere, and we also do dismantling and relocation of existing units. Message your nearest branch with the brand, HP and photos of the location for a quote.
Which aircon brands do you carry and service?
We are an authorized dealer and installer for AUX, Daikin, Carrier, Samsung, LG, Midea, Panasonic, Gree, TCL, American Home and Matrix. For cleaning and repair, we service all brands, including units you did not buy from us.
Do you charge for the site survey?
No. The site survey and estimate are free. Our technician checks the room, the wall or ceiling where the unit will go, the outdoor unit location and the electrical supply, then gives you a written quotation. You can also send us your room size from our aircon calculator on Messenger for a faster estimate.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available for unit purchases. Ask the branch handling your area about the payment options for your specific job.
