How It Works

From inquiry to a running aircon

  1. Send your inquiry. Call, Messenger or the quote form below. We route you to the branch nearest you.
  2. Free site survey if needed. Tell us the room size and setup. If you are unsure what unit fits, we visit and recommend one.
  3. Get your quotation. It lists the unit, the scope of installation and the warranty period for the brand you choose.
  4. We install and start it up. For ready sites, no down payment: you pay after installation and a successful test run. Projects that need prep work (piping, chipping, multi-unit or VRF) follow a 50 / 40 / 10 milestone schedule.
  5. Pay your way. Check, bank transfer, GCash or credit card. Your sales invoice is issued once payment is confirmed.
  6. After-sales support. Call or visit us if anything comes up. We fix what we can by phone, visit when needed, and handle warranty claims with the brand for you.

Before installation, we send you our warranty, return and cancellation policy and walk you through it.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I have my aircon cleaned?
For home units used daily, every 3 to 6 months is a good guide. Units in dusty areas, near a main road or in commercial spaces running long hours usually need it more often. Clean or rinse the filters yourself every 2 to 4 weeks between services.
What is the difference between general cleaning and chemical wash?
General cleaning washes the filters, coils, blower and drain. A chemical wash uses a coil cleaner to break down heavy dirt and grease that water alone will not remove. Our technician will tell you which your unit needs after checking it.
Do you clean all brands?
Yes. We clean and maintain all brands and types, including units you did not buy from us.
My aircon is leaking water. Will cleaning fix it?
Most indoor unit leaks come from a clogged drain line or dirty coil, and cleaning fixes them. If the cause is something else, such as a tilted unit or low freon causing ice, we will explain it and quote the repair.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for offices and buildings?
Yes. We set up scheduled preventive maintenance for commercial clients. Send us the number, type and HP of your units and we will propose a schedule.
