Topping up freon without finding the leak only buys a few weeks. Our technicians test the unit, tell you what failed, and quote the repair before any work starts.

When a new unit makes more sense

If the compressor has failed on an older non-inverter unit, or repairs keep coming back, a new inverter aircon is often cheaper over the next few years because of lower electricity use. From inquiry to a running aircon

  1. Send your inquiry. Call, Messenger or the quote form below. We route you to the branch nearest you.
  2. Free site survey if needed. Tell us the room size and setup. If you are unsure what unit fits, we visit and recommend one.
  3. Get your quotation. It lists the unit, the scope of installation and the warranty period for the brand you choose.
  4. We install and start it up. For ready sites, no down payment: you pay after installation and a successful test run. Projects that need prep work (piping, chipping, multi-unit or VRF) follow a 50 / 40 / 10 milestone schedule.
  5. Pay your way. Check, bank transfer, GCash or credit card. Your sales invoice is issued once payment is confirmed.
  6. After-sales support. Call or visit us if anything comes up. We fix what we can by phone, visit when needed, and handle warranty claims with the brand for you.

Before installation, we send you our warranty, return and cancellation policy and walk you through it.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my aircon running but not cooling?
The most common causes are dirty filters and coils, low refrigerant from a leak, a failed capacitor or fan motor, or a fault in the inverter board. A technician needs to test the unit to know which one it is.
Does my aircon need freon every year?
No. Refrigerant runs in a closed loop and is not used up. If your unit needs freon, there is a leak somewhere. We find and fix the leak first, then charge it to the right amount.
What does aircon reprocess mean?
Reprocess is recovering the old refrigerant, vacuuming the whole system to remove moisture and air, and recharging with fresh refrigerant. It is done after a leak repair, a compressor replacement, or when the system is contaminated.
Can you repair the PCB of an inverter aircon?
Yes. We repair indoor and outdoor PCBs for inverter units. If the board cannot be repaired, we will source a replacement where available.
Do you repair brands you did not install?
Yes. We repair all brands and types, wherever they were bought or installed.
